While you’re in the area, why not take advantage of the world-class tourist and cultural attractions?  Among the most well-known tourist destinations in the Bay Area are the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz Island, Napa Valley Wine Country, and Chinatown.   San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland also offer some fine museums.  The area also offers sporting events at that time, such as the Golden State Warriors (NBA Basketball), and the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A’s (Major League Baseball).   And of course, many beautiful and historic churches.  Check out the city and area guides on the left!
